Chawallis!

Sector 44 is one of the better sectors of Noida. It’s proximity to Amity University, Noida and Jamia Hamdard University makes it a perfect abode for the students. The affordable housing solutions here only make its case stronger.

"I work with Wipro as a Project Engineer. I work with both on-shore and off-shore teams, on products that solve international problems through modern programming languages and technology. One of our businesses is based in Nehru place, New Delhi. It is an easy commute from here to South Delhi through DND flyway. I enjoy music, parties, clubbing. I also enjoy politics, finance, social dynamics, psychology, work outs, helping people work towards building a better country et cetera. I've been living here for eight years now. Sector 36 is where it's at ! I like the area security wise, and most of the people here are from an affluent and educated background. There is a good mix of doctors, businessmen and govt professionals. The kids in the area are supercool..there are plenty of green parks too. There are several security gates to enter the Sector and sometimes they randomly close a gate and route entry through another gate, so that becomes a little annoying at times. Sector 18 based malls such as the Great India place and Centre Stage Mall are the two most popular malls in Noida and are also frequented by Delhi and Gzb residents. Then you have hangouts in the moors and all popular food chains are available; for home delivery as well as for eating in. The Blue Line metro, one of the lifelines of Delhi has a station nearby. There are a couple of parking spaces available to each home. Cab rides are also available through popular phone app services. Over all the place is beautiful and well developed."

It's a peaceful area with lots of open spaces and new developments around. Sec 41 is the closest hangout spot. Commuting facilities are not that good.

The transport facilities are good enough. The area is surrounded by several good and maintained parks.

    Hello!
What may seem obvious to you may not be that obvious to others. Do some good. Review this area. Enlighten your fellows of the daily usual treasures it hordes!

In & Around

Eat out at the many restaurants and little dhaba type places here. Super pocket friendly! While the décor might not be very exciting for most places here, the food certainly more than makes up for it. There are a lot of eateries that offer free home delivery within distances, so you should definitely check up on that.

The closest metro station to the area is Botanical Garden and E-rickshaws and autos are other modes of commute which are available. The area caters to privacy and the crowd is helpful and polite.

Sector 44 in Noida as a place is "quiet and relaxed". The ambiance is quiet and natural. The residents have appointed enough guards for the safety. Every block in the sector has distinct community parks maintained by the block residents or the block president. Dislike the commuting part. You need to get a rickshaw to the nearest metro that is either Noida Golf Course or Botanical Garden Metro. There is no such big market or food place to go except the SRS value bazaar, Mom n Pop shop, everything else is just low quality. For some quality eatout you can only consider Krunchies, in front of the SRS value bazaar. All else is just so so. You can hangout at the pool club in Omega building, above SRS. For medical requirements there is a private clinic besides Block - A on the road. The nearest government hospital is Ambedkar hospital, Noida. This place is good for students and professionals. Many company professionals and students from sector 125 and nearby areas prefer sector 44 to reside.
